At One Health Wellness Clinic, Christian counselling is about bringing your whole story, heart, mind, body and spirit, into the light of God’s love. We honour Scripture, sound psychology and your lived experience, walking with you as you seek healing, direction and hope in Christ.

Christian counselling here is not about quick fixes or religious clichés. It is a space to be honest, to wrestle, to grieve, to repent, to forgive, and to grow—without judgement and without having to “perform” spiritually.

Prayer and Scripture can be included in sessions if you wish, at a pace that feels safe and respectful to you.
